Conveniently located just minutes from hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, restaurants, and shopping centers.
Does not include transportation to other medical appointments (such as a cardiologist), aesthetic appointments such as dentist visits, iron infusion or blood transfusion clinics, MRI appointments, compression garment stores, hair salons, nail services, eyelash treatments, microblading, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and similar services.
Date changes are authorized only once and require a deposit on file.
